利用規約

6ty6 Vacation Home では，快適で安全にご滞在いただくため，以下の利用規約がございます。遵守いただけない場合，やむを得ずご滞在をお断りする場合もございます。本規約をご一読ご了承の上，ご予約くださいませ。

■利用規約
・避難経路、消化器、非常灯、非常用備品等の場所を必ずご確認ください。
・店内から2階の専用エントランスには階段がございます。小さなお子さま連れの場合は単独行動にご注意ください。
・室内、デッキ、敷地内は、焼肉やBBQをすることができません。
・室内はデッキを含め、禁煙です。喫煙は、敷地の灰皿にお願いいたします
・ゴミの分別にご協力ください、ゴミの収集は、種類別に口を縛っていただき、2Fエントランスの扉の外に置いて、スタッフにご連絡ください。後ほど回収に参ります。
・ハウスキーピングは基本的に行いません。有料にて承りますので、ご要望の際は事前にお知らせください。
・鍵を紛失された場合は、実費でのご請求を差し上げます。
・当建物（1階と2階含む）および敷地内の施設、設備、備品、付属設備を破損、持ち帰りされた場合は、実費にて修繕費用をご請求差し上げます。
・パーティー、大声、花火、カラオケなど、近隣に迷惑となりますので、禁止とさせていただきます

■キャンセルポリシー
お客様都合によるキャンセルは、お電話による申し込み、インターネット予約を問わず、 キャンセル料をご負担いただきますので、ご了承ください。
・基本宿泊料に対して下のキャンセル料がかかります。
・契約日数が短縮した場合は、その短縮日数にかかわりなく、短縮日数分のキャンセル料を収受します。
・予約の変更(人数変更、日程変更等)についても、下記(キャンセル料規程表)に準じたキャンセル料が発生しますのでご了承ください。

※宿泊プランごとに個別の違約金が設定されている場合は、宿泊プランごとの違約金の規定が優先されます。

到着90日前から100%



6ty6 Vacation Home has the following terms and conditions for a comfortable and safe stay.
If you do not comply, we may be forced to refuse your stay.
Please make a reservation after reading and acknowledging this agreement.

・Please make sure the locations of evacuation routes, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, emergency supplies, etc.
・There are stairs from the store to the exclusive entrance on the 2nd floor. Please be careful when traveling alone with small children.
・You cannot have yakiniku or BBQ indoors, on the deck, or on the property.
・Smoking is prohibited in the room, including the deck. Please smoke in the ashtray on the premises.
・Please cooperate in sorting garbage. Please tie your mouth according to the type of garbage, place it outside the entrance door on the 2nd floor, and contact the staff. I will come to collect it later.
・Basically, housekeeping is not provided. Please let us know in advance if you would like this service for a fee.
・If the key is lost, the actual cost (3,000 yen) will be charged.
・If the building (including the 1st and 2nd floors) and the facilities, equipment, fixtures, and attached equipment on the premises are damaged and taken home, we will charge the repair cost at the actual cost.
・Parties, loud voices, fireworks, karaoke, etc. are prohibited as they may disturb the neighborhood.

■ Cancellation policy
Please note that cancellation fees will be charged regardless of whether the reservation is made by phone or online.
・The following cancellation fee will be charged for the basic accommodation fee.
・If the contract days are shortened, the cancellation fee for the shortened days will be collected regardless of the number of shortened days.
・Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following (cancellation fee schedule) for reservation changes (change of number of people, schedule change, etc.).

*If a separate penalty is set for each accommodation plan, the penalty for each accommodation plan will take precedence.
