This is the reservation form for Gi Surgical Clinic Kyoto. Gi Surgical Clinic Kyoto is a specialized clinic for same-day inguinal hernia surgery located in Shijo Karasuma, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto.

Outpatient consultation hours are from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.

Saturday consultations are currently offered on a temporary basis, and reservations made more than three months in advance may be subject to change.

We also offer temporary morning consultations on certain days. Please check the calendar for the relevant dates.

■ Online Reservation Procedure

1. Select the target clinic.

2. Select "First Visit or Follow-up / Regular Check-up."

3. Select your desired date and time from the calendar.

4. Enter your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.

5. Click "Reserve."
