・最大20名様まで 承っております

・予約可能な時間は以下の通りです

平日 :12:30

土日祝日 :10:30

⚠︎当店は座席が10席のため、11名様以上の場合は2回に分けてのご案内となります。

1巡目の体験が終わり次第(約30分後)に2巡目の方をご案内いたします。

▪︎ 遅刻に関してのお願い

・ご予約時間の10分を過ぎますと体験にご参加できません。

・時間には余裕を持ってお越しください。

・万が一ご連絡いただいても、体験をお断りする場合がございます。

あらかじめご了承ください。

▪︎ ご予約受付期間

・予約希望日の 3ヶ月前から受付開始 いたします。 

・1ヶ月前までのご連絡をお願いいたします。

(例:3月15日ご希望の場合、1月いっぱいまで)

For Group Reservations

Thank you for your interest in making a group reservation.

Please kindly review the following guidelines before booking:

■ Reservation Details

• We can accommodate up to 20 people per group.
• Available reservation times are:
  ・Weekdays: from 12:30 PM
  ・Weekends and holidays: from 10:30 AM
  Please note that we have only 10 seats available at a time.
  For groups larger than 10 people, the second half of the group will be able to join the experience after the first session ends (approximately 30 minutes later).

■ About Punctuality

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the experience.
• Please be sure to arrive on time.
• Even if you contact us in advance, we may need to cancel your reservation depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Reservation Period

• Reservations are accepted starting 3 months before the desired date.
• Please contact us at least 1 month in advance.
