当野営場は、みちのく潮風トレイル 名取トレイルセンターに併設されており、東日本大震災の被害を受けた閖上地区に位置しています。海が近く、風が強い地域ですが、現在防風林等の風除けになるものは整備されておりませんので、テント設営時や火の使用時に注意が必要な環境であることをご理解の上ご予約ください。
This campground is situated in an area that was struck by the 2011
tsunami. It’s close to the ocean and while the wind is strong, there
aren’t enough surrounding trees or buildings to block the wind. Please
make your reservation keeping in mind the area is windy and you will
need to be especially careful setting up your tent and using campfires.
