We are currently receiving a very high number of reservation requests, and appointments are often fully booked several months in advance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To help customers find an appointment that suits their schedule, we offer a Waitlist Feature on our reservation website.
■ How the Waitlist Feature Works
If your preferred date and time are fully booked, you can join the waitlist by following these steps:

Select your preferred date and time and submit a waitlist request.

If an appointment becomes available for your selected time, you will receive an email notification.
Please note: Joining the waitlist does not automatically confirm a reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. If a time slot becomes available, please follow the instructions in the notification email to make your reservation.
■ Please Cancel Your Reservation if You Cannot Attend
We understand that many customers are hoping to visit our store and make a reservation.
If your plans change and you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation through our booking website or contact our store directly. This will allow other customers to book the available time slot.
