We offer maintenance services for custom-made pillows purchased at our store.

If you have any concerns, such as feeling that the height is no longer right for you, please feel free to consult with us.

Please bring your pillow along with your maintenance ticket (if you have one).

Please note that a maintenance fee may apply depending on the nature of the adjustments.

Please book one time slot per person.

Weekends and holidays tend to be very busy. If you would like to take your time, we highly recommend booking on a weekday.
