Due to popular demand, the next shipment of certain materials for our custom-made pillows has been delayed.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

日本橋西川 心斎橋店でお作りの「オーダーメイドまくら」のメンテナンスを承ります。（高さ調整・各パーツのチェック 無料）

ご希望の方は、オプションメニューとして、以下変更を別途有償にて承ります。

・トップ素材の変更・交換

・寝心地アップシート（プロファイルウレタン）の交換

・まくら本体側の交換

＊日本橋西川 心斎橋店以外でお買い求めいただいたオーダーまくらのメンテナンスをご希望の方は、店頭までお問い合わせください。

※土日祝は大変混み合う場合がございます。じっくりとお試しをご希望の方は、平日のご予約をおすすめいたします。

※ご希望日が予約不可（×）になっている場合でも、ご予約可能な場合がございます。

We offer maintenance services for custom-made pillows made at the Nihonbashi Nishikawa Shinsaibashi store. (Height adjustment and check of each part are free of charge.) For those who wish, the following changes are available as optional services for an additional fee: - Change or replacement of the top material - Replacement of the comfort-enhancing sheet (profile urethane) - Replacement of the pillow body

If you purchased a custom-made pillow at a store other than the Nihonbashi Nishikawa Shinsaibashi store and would like maintenance services, please contact the store directly.

Please make reservations for one person per time slot.

Weekends and public holidays can be very busy. If you would like to try our products at your leisure, we recommend making a reservation on a weekday.

Even if your desired date is marked as unavailable, it may still be possible to book it.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by phone in that case.

If you will be late for your appointment, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.

If you do not contact us and 15 minutes have passed since your scheduled appointment time, we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment.
