Regardless of existence of the other party and the size of the damage, please take the following actions.
1) Relief for the injured person and call 119
If someone is injured, call an ambulance immediately.
Please move the vehicle to a place where it will not interfere with traffic.
2) Contact the police and call 110
You are obliged to contact the police regardless of negligence.
Please take the necessary procedures. You will need the accident certificate at a later date.

In case of illegal parking!
If the borrower or the driver during the duration of use has parked the rental vehicle illegally according to the Road Traffic Law, the borrower or the driver shall appear at the police station which has jurisdiction over the area in which the vehicle was parked illegally and directly pay the fine for illegal parking by the time you return.
Please present a traffic violation notice and a statements of payment with a receipt when returning.
If you do not present it, we will charge the following parking fee.

In case of extending returning time.
Please note that if the return time is exceeded, an excess charge of 5500 yen per hour
3 hours and more is one day charge.
In that case, please be sure to contact us before the return time.
*In case that the returning time is exceeded over 3hours from closing time(18:00), 24hour rental fee will be charged and can be returned at 9~10am on the next day.
Expense shouldered by customer
1) Damage/dirt/smell of vehicle equipment not covered by insurance
⇛ Repair cost, full cost of restoring the site to its original condition
2) Ride with pet
⇛As a damage cost, a cleaning fee or
if dirt cannot be removed by cleaning, replacement costs will be incurred.
3) Smoking
⇛ Deodorization cost(It may be expensive.)
4) We do not allow cooking with strong odor food or oil in the kitchen, or doing BBQ.
⇛ You will be responsible for the cleaning fee and deodorizing cost. (Stains that cannot be removed, such as charring, will be costly to replace.)
５）Bedwetting
Full cost of restoring the site to its original condition
6）Lost key
All expenses will be borne (The fee will be charged separately such as keyless key price, spare key delivery charge and road service. )

7) fuel
When returning the vehicle,
Refuel at the nearby Vantech Rent-A-Car and then show the receipt to the staff(VR).
8) Rental fee excess time
If you would not able to the return time, an extra charge will be charged.
Every hour exceeds 5,500 yen
3 hours or more is 1 day rental fee.
＊Change reservation
*You cannot change the plan or return time after the rental date.
*Please note that even if you return the product earlier than the scheduled return time or return it early due to your circumstances, the difference in price will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
*When making a reservation, please be sure to check your schedule before deciding on your schedule, and please ensure that your schedule takes into account traffic conditions to avoid delays in your return time.
