予約された当日にキャンセルされた場合はキャンセル料は頂いておりませんが、当日を過ぎますと規定に沿ったキャンセル料が発生してしまいますので、ご注意下さい。
予約後の変更・取り消しには、期間によってキャンセル料が発生します。

*キャンピングカーを予定日より早く、または前日にご返却された場合でも、返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
ご予約の出発日・返却日およびお時間につきましては、事前に必ずご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
当社規定により、早期返却に伴う返金対応はいたしかねます。

About the change/cancellation of the reservation
If you cancel on the day of the reservation(during business hours), the cancellation fee will not be charged.
＊Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged according to the regulations after that day.
If you make changes or cancellations after making a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the period.

Please note that no refund will be issued if you return the camper early, before your scheduled return date.
We kindly ask that you carefully confirm your pick-up and return dates and times in advance. As stated in our policy, we are unable to process any refund requests for early returns, as this is outside of our refund policy.
