Please note that consumption tax is listed as included in the price.
There will be no charges other than the sales price.

Payment Time and Method: Payment is by credit card, and will be made at the time of purchasing the e-ticket. The date of withdrawal (the date of billing from the credit card company) will vary depending on the credit card company. Please contact your credit card company directly.

Delivery Time: Admission tickets will be handed over at the reception counter in the museum on the day of your visit. Please bring with you a mobile phone, smartphone, etc. that can display the e-ticket (QR code) issued after completing your reservation, or the e-ticket (QR code) that you have displayed on your computer and printed out at home, etc.

Cancellation / Returning: All schedule is based on Japan time (GMT+09:00).
Changing your reservation: E-ticket changes cannot be made after the reservation has been completed.
If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your existing reservation and make the reservation again.

Cancellation If you cancel your e-ticket after your reservation has been completed, it will only be accepted up until the start time of the e-ticket you have reserved. If you cancel after this time, the following cancellation fees will apply.
If you cancel after the viewing start time has passed or cancel without permission: 100% of the e-ticket price

If the museum is temporarily closed due to force majeure such as infectious diseases or natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of the e-ticket price to customers.
