Fukumitsuya sake brewery since 1625, we are proud to offer a rare experience to discover how Junmai sake tastes.

During the sake brewing season (November to March), we offer a " Brewery Course" that allows you to see the actual brewing process up close.
We also offer "Sake Tasting Courses" throughout the year, where you can taste a variety of unique Junmai sake.

All courses can be conducted by a bilingual guide if the reservation is made in advance（English）.
