F VILLAGE SnowPrak Terms of Use

"F VILLAGE Snow Park" operated by Shorefield Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a facility where you can experience [a gift from the sky and the fun of playing with snow] as a snow playground. We will be open for a limited time until February 29th.

Our aim is to provide a side meeting where you can learn about the charm of snow through many ``first-time'' experiences. It can only be used by customers who comply with these terms. Please note that customers who do not agree to or violate these terms and conditions may be refused entry or asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

F VILLAGE Snow Park usage time is 2 hours.
F VILLAGE Snowpark 30 minutes of preparation before use and return after use are not included in the price. Please note that an additional extension fee will be charged for other cases.
Please note that in order to ensure the peace of mind and safety of our customers, we will be checking tickets upon entering and re-entering the facility.
In addition, rules for entry and exit related to the shunting system and other business methods on the day will depend on the crowd situation, so please follow the instructions of our employees.
Due to operational convenience or other circumstances, the operation of a specific facility may be suspended, canceled, or limited in part. Additionally, operating hours may change.

We will provide necessary and reasonable support to ensure a safe and smooth snow experience, but depending on the situation, we may require the cooperation of a parent or guardian. When our employees request your cooperation, we ask that you respond accordingly.
In the unlikely event that we deem that there is a risk of inconveniencing customers or interfering with the smooth implementation of the event, we may request the cooperation or other requests from parents or guardians.

In the unlikely event that you do not respond to this request, or if the situation does not improve even after you respond, we may refuse entry or ask you to leave.
We are doing our best to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and fulfilling experience, but please note that due to snow conditions, etc., things may not be perfect.
Please note that our company and its affiliated companies will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, injury, or personal injury caused by customer carelessness.

We will not be held responsible for any damages caused when use is canceled due to natural disasters, guidance from related organizations, or other reasons not attributable to our company. In addition, if the customer intentionally or negligently destroys buildings, equipment, fixtures, rental equipment, etc., or if the customer violates these terms and conditions, the Company or the facility suffers damage. , we will claim full compensation for the damage.

Cameras and video recording are allowed within the facility, but we may refuse to do so if it is considered to be a nuisance to other guests. When our company or mass media such as newspapers and television film or cover our activities or events, you may be photographed or photographed. They may be used for news reports, advertisements, promotions, products for sale, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event of a disaster such as a fire or earthquake, please evacuate safely according to the instructions of our employees.

The following actions are strictly prohibited. If you engage in any prohibited behavior, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.

• Violence, abusive language, harassment, and other acts that violate public order and morals, or acts that are likely to violate public order and morals, or acts that provide information that violates public order and morals to third parties, including other customers.
• Activities related to religion, politics, and other acts that are inconsistent with the nature of the snow park.
• Commercial activities conducted without our consent.
• Acts that violate laws and regulations.
• Other acts that our company deems inappropriate.
