If you use a browser other than the recommended environment (iPhone: Safari, Chrome / Android: Chrome), clicking the "Register" button on the credit card information input page may result in a blank screen and you may not be able to proceed with the reservation.
In this case, the payment has been processed, but the reservation registration itself has not been completed successfully.
