◆ キャンセル・変更について
・ご予約のキャンセルおよび人数変更は、前日21:00までにご連絡をお願いいたします。
・前日21:00以降のキャンセル、当日のキャンセルにつきましては、キャンセル料としてご予約人数分の100％（3,980円〜） を頂戴いたします。

◆ 遅刻について
・ご予約時間から大幅に遅れる場合、体験時間が短くなったり、次の予約状況によっては、体験をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
・遅れる際は、事前にメールでご連絡をお願いいたします。([email protected])

◆ 無断キャンセルについて
・無断キャンセルにつきましては、キャンセル料としてご予約人数分の100％（3,980円〜） を頂戴いたします。また、無断キャンセルをされた場合、今後のご予約をお断りする場合がございます。

◆ Cancellation & Changes
・For cancellations or changes in the number of participants, please contact us by 9:00 PM the day before your reservation.
・Cancellations made after 9:00 PM the day before, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee (from ¥3,980 per person).

◆ Late Arrival
・If you arrive significantly late, your workshop time may be shortened, and depending on the schedule, we may not be able to conduct the experience.
・If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance by email at: [email protected]

◆ No-Show
・In the case of a no-show, we may decline future reservations.
