We would like to inform you that starting in January, we will be changing our booking system and business hours.

① Booking System
Currently, you are making appointments through "reserva," but starting from January, we will switch to "Square Yoyaku."
From early December, we will provide a link on our clinic's website, so please visit the new system via that.

In the new system, when your desired date and time is already booked, you will be able to use the "waiting list" function.
You will be contacted via email/SMS when a spot becomes available, so if it is convenient for you at that time, you can book the slot.

Additionally, we will charge a cancellation fee for cancellations after the designated time (3 hours before the reserved time) or no-shows.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to register your credit card details when booking a slot.
Unfortunately, due to cases where the appointments are not honored, we have had to implement this measure, which we regret.
You will continue to pay for treatment fees after the session as before.

Furthermore, we will add a booking choice for those who have coupon tickets, so please make your appointment if applicable.

② Business Hours
We will increase the number of Saturday slots, which are in high demand, and extend the business hours on Friday evenings.
As a result, our regular holidays will change from Sunday, Wednesday, the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays, and public holidays to Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and public holidays.
