Some materials for our custom-made pillows are very popular, and the next shipment has been delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We offer maintenance services for custom-made pillows purchased at our store. If you have any concerns, such as ‘the height no longer feels right,’ please feel free to consult with us.

* Please bring your pillow and maintenance ticket if you have one.
* Depending on the type of adjustment, a maintenance fee may be charged.
* Please make a reservation for one person per time slot.
* Weekends and holidays can be very busy. If you wish to take your time trying out the pillow, we recommend making a reservation on weekdays.
* Even if your desired date appears as unavailable (×), it may still be possible to make a reservation.
