当店でご購入いただいたオーダーメイドまくらのメンテナンスを承ります。
『高さが合わなくなってきた』などのお悩みがございましたら、お気軽にご相談ください。
※お使いのまくらと併せて、メンテナンスチケットをお持ちの方はご持参下さい。
※調整内容によっては、メンテナンス料を頂戴する場合がございます。
※一枠一名様のご予約をお願い致します。
※土日祝は大変混み合う場合がございます。じっくりとお試しをご希望の方は、平日のご予約をおすすめいたします。
※ご希望日が予約不可（×）になっている場合でも、ご予約可能な場合がございます。

Notice of Delay in Arrival of Some Materials for Custom-Made Pillows

Due to high demand, the next shipment of certain materials for our custom-made pillows has been delayed.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding.

We offer maintenance services for custom-made pillows purchased at our store.
Please feel free to consult with us if you have any concerns, such as the height of your pillow no longer feeling right.

Please bring your current pillow, along with your maintenance ticket if you have one.

Depending on the adjustments needed, a maintenance fee may apply.

Please make a reservation for one person per time slot.

Weekends and holidays can be very crowded. If you would like to take your time, we recommend booking on a weekday.

Even if your desired date is marked as unavailable (×), we may still be able to accommodate you. In such cases, please contact us by phone.
