Regarding some materials for custom-made pillows, they have been very popular, and the next shipment has been delayed.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We offer maintenance for custom-made pillows purchased at our store. If you have any concerns such as 'the height doesn't feel right anymore,' please feel free to consult us.

* If you have a maintenance ticket, please bring it along with your pillow.
* Depending on the adjustment, a maintenance fee may be charged.
* Please make a reservation for one person per slot.
* Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays can be very busy. If you want to take your time trying the pillow, we recommend making a reservation on weekdays.
* Even if your preferred date shows as unavailable (×), it may still be possible to make a reservation. In that case, please contact us by phone.
