Notice of Delay in Arrival of Some Custom-Made Pillow Materials

Some materials for our custom-made pillows are very popular, and the next shipment has been delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding.

We also offer maintenance for custom-made pillows purchased at our store. If you have concerns such as 'the height no longer feels right,' please feel free to consult with us.

* If you have a maintenance ticket, please bring it along with your pillow.
* Depending on the adjustment, there may be a maintenance fee.
* Please make a reservation for one person per time slot.
* Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays can be very busy. If you want to take your time trying your pillow, we recommend making a reservation on a weekday.
* Even if your preferred date shows as unavailable (×), it may still be possible to make a reservation. In that case, please contact us by phone.

予約サイトのリニューアルに伴い、こちらのサイトでの予約受付は10月末ご来店分までで終了いたします。
11月1日以降のご来店をご希望の場合は、大変お手数をお掛けしますが、nishikawaの公式HPよりご予約をお願いいたします。
