Terms of Use
Osaka Metro ADERA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has stipulated Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) for use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) that we provide on the RESERVA reservation website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Please be sure to read and agree to the Terms before using the Services.
Article 1 (Conditions for Users of This System)
Only customers who have agreed to the Terms can use the Services.
At the time when you reserve the Services, it will be deemed that you have agreed to the Terms, and you will be required to comply with the Terms.
Article 2 (Completion of a Reservation)
After all necessary information for the reservation application have been entered on the Website and confirmed by the Company, the reservation will be completed when an e-mail confirming the reservation is sent to the customer.
Article 3 (Refusal of a Reservation)
In a case stated below, the Company may not accept completion of a reservation.
1 When we are unable to accept the reservation because capacity has been reached
2 When we are unable to accept the reservation because of a natural disaster, facility malfunction, or another unavoidable reason
3 A case in which false information has been reported
Article 4 (Handling of Cancellation)
1 Cancellation will be completed when the customer has entered all necessary information for cancellation through the Services and an e-mail is sent to the customer confirming that cancellation has been completed.
2. When a case stated below has been revealed, the Company may cancel the reservation and notify the customer.
(1) When it is recognized that the customer is likely to conduct an action contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals
(2) When it is recognized that there will be or may be interference with operation of the Services
(3) When we are unable to accept the reservation because of a natural disaster, facility malfunction, or another unavoidable reason
(4) When the customer does not arrive at the designated location at the time for which the reservation was made
(5) Other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
3 The Company shall not bear any liability for disadvantages or damage incurred by the customer or a third party as a result of handling of cancellation.
Article 5 (Suspension of Provision of the Services)
1 If the Company judges that there are any of the reasons below, we may suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of the Services without notifying the customer in advance.
(1) When maintenance, inspection, or updating of a computer system related to the Services will be conducted
(2) When provision of the Services has become difficult due to force majeure such as an earthquake, lightning, a fire, a power outage, or a natural disaster
(3) When a computer or communication line stops due to an accident
(4) Other cases in which the Company judges that it is difficult to provide the Services
2 The Company shall not bear any liability for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the customer or a third party as a result of suspension of provision of the Services.
Article 6 (Changes of the Terms)
1 The Company may change the Terms without notifying the customer in advance. Please be sure to check the Terms each time you use the Services.
2 If you use the Services after the Terms have been changed, the Company will deem that you have consented to the change in Terms.
Article 7 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
The customer cannot, without the Company’s consent, transfer to a third party or provide as collateral the status under the Use Agreement or rights or obligations based on the Terms.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through use of the Services, in accordance with “About Handling of Personal Information” and the Company's Privacy Policy (https://osakametro-adera.jp/privacy).
