１ 対象者は、小学生以上のものとする。（自転車の乗車可能最低身長１１５cm）
２ 交通規則を遵守するとともに、交通安全を心がけ歩行者の通行障害となるような行為をしないこと。
３ レンタサイクルを転貸しないこと。
４ レンタサイクルの使用中の事故については、管理者は一切の責任を負いません。 ⇒レンタサイクルは全て防犯登録＋ＴＳマーク付帯保険に加入しています。
保障内容：死亡又は重度後遺症に対し一律 100 万円、入院加療 15 日以上の障害に対し一律 10 万円、賠償責任限度額 1,000 万円 ※上記の制度を超える金額を上回る請求は、管理者に対し請求しません。
５ レンタサイクルの利用後は、貸出日の午後４時までに返却して下さい。また、使用中に故障が発生した場合はすぐに連絡をして下さい。また、使用中に盗難にあった場合、鍵の紛失、利用者の過失による破損に対して、管 理者から利用者に相当の費用を請求する場合もございますので、その旨了承頂きます。
６ やむを得ず午後４時までに返却できない場合は、必ず管理者に事前に連絡してください。 ※連絡なしに返却時間を超過した場合、超過分の利用料金を頂きます。

5 After using the rental cycle, please return it by 4 pm on the loan date. Also, please contact me if there is a breakdown point during use. Also, if you are stolen during use, you may be charged a cost to the user from the administrator against damage due to loss of keys or negligence by the user, so please understand that.
6 If you can not return it by 4 o'clock inevitably, please be sure to notify the administrator in advance. * If the return time is exceeded without contact, we will charge the extra usage fee.
