【予約枠について】
■来場予約は、以下の時間枠からお選びいただきます。
　10:00～11:30／12:30～14:00／14:30～16:00
■ご予約いただいた時間内で、4つの「研究ラボ」及び「みるラボ」（展示）を自由にお楽しみいただけます。
■できるだけ多くの方にご来場いただけるよう、ご予約は1組につき、1日1枠まででお願いいたします。

【予約人数について】
■一回のご予約につき、1組5名までご入場いただけます。保護者・乳幼児を含むすべての人数でお申込みください。
■ご予約後、来場人数が変更になる場合、1組5名までの範囲でしたら、変更手続きは必要ありません。当日受付時に人数の変更をお申出ください。
■未就学児（小学生未満）だけの入場はできません。保護者の方と一緒にご参加ください。

【キャンセルについて】
■予約された日時にご来場できなくなった場合には、おわかりになった時点で、必ずキャンセル手続きをお願いします。予約後に届く、予約確定メールからキャンセル手続きが可能です。
■ご予約された時間枠の開始後、30分を過ぎてもご来場がない場合はキャンセルと判断させていただきます。

【その他】
■ご予約完了後、ご登録いただいたメールアドレス宛に「予約完了メール」を自動送信します。同メールが届かない場合には、電話もしくは問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。
■来場予約は各ご来場日の前日までの受付となります。
■来場予約のない場合でも、当日の予約状況や会場内の混雑状況によってはご入場できる場合もあります。

REQUEST
・Please make reservations up to one slot per couple per day so that as many people as possible can come to the event.
・If you do not show up 30 minutes after the reserved time, we will consider your reservation cancelled.
・If there is a change in the number of participants, you do not need to contact us until the number of participants changes to 5. Please inform us of the change in the number of visitors at the registration desk on the day of the event.
・Preschoolers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancel your booking
・If you are unable to come on the reserved date and time, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know.

After application
・You will receive a confirmation email (auto-reply) once your application is accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
