*Reservation Deadline: It is four hours prior to the reservation date and time.

"Cancellation Policy"
*You can cancel up to four hours before the reservation date and time. Please proceed with the cancellation process from the email you received.
1: If the cancellation procedure is not completed, 100% of the fee will be charged.
2: If the cancellation is due to customer reasons during the event, 100% of the fee will be charged.
3: If the event cannot be held due to reasons on our part during the event, we will promptly refund the full amount.

＊予約の締切は開催日時の４時間前までとなっております。

「キャンセルポリシー」
＊開催日時の４時間前までキャンセルが可能です。返信されたメールよりお手続きください。
１：キャンセル手続きをされなかった場合のキャンセルは100%の料金をいただきます。
２：開催中、お客様都合でのキャンセルの場合は100%の料金をいただきます。
３：開催中、当クラブの都合により開催が出来ない場合は、すみやかに全額を返金いたします。
