Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.

"Cancellation Policy"
*Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Please use the link provided in your confirmation email to cancel.
*Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will be charged 100% of the total fee.
*If you cancel during the tour for personal reasons, the full fee will be charged.
*If the tour is canceled during operation or cannot be conducted due to our circumstances, a full refund will be issued promptly.

・開催日時の２４時間前までキャンセルが可能です。キャンセルの場合は返信されたメールよりお手続きください。
・２４時間前までにキャンセル手続きをされなかった場合は100%の料金をお振込いただきます。
・開催中、お客様の都合でキャンセルをされた場合は100%の料金をいただきます。
・開催中、または当クラブの都合により開催が出来ない場合は、すみやかに全額を返金いたします。
