In this lesson, you get to cook the authentic Japanese omelet called "dashimaki tamago" on your own, using dashi stock made out of bonito and kelp.
We will teach you how to roll the egg with a special pan before your turn.
After that, we will offer you white miso soup (yuba and namafu are included) and freshly cooked rice with seasonal pickles made in Kyoto.
