OriHime guide service application and confirmation form
Applicants must understand and agree to the contents of this document regarding receiving the OriHime Guide trial service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Ory Institute Co., Ltd.
1. The applicant agrees that the content of this service is as follows.
Service name: OriHime Guide
Contents/Details: This is a service where the applicants get an OriHime for the duration of the tour, which is made to be carried on your person, a pilot will guide the applicant throughout the tour.
Service fee: For 2 or more people:
Adults (12 years and older): 3,000 yen per person (tax included)
Children (4 to 11 years old): 2,000 yen per person (tax included)
Children under 3 years old: Free
For a single person: 5,000 yen (tax included) yen (tax included)
Refund conditions:
If the guide is unable to complete more than two-thirds of the steps of this service due to communication issues during the provision of this service, we will provide a full refund.
2. The applicant agrees not to engage in the following acts:
- Any acts that damage or are likely to damage the credibility of Ory Institute Co., Ltd.
- Any acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals by using this service.
3. As an applicant I agree to follow the instructions of Ory Institute Co., Ltd. and the Pilot while using this service, except for things that are contrary to conventional know-how. If damage is incurred due disregarding the previous, Ory Institute Co., Ltd. will not be held responsible in any way.
4. As an applicant I agree to not hold Ory Institute Co., Ltd. and its employees responsible for any accidents that occur due to my own judgment, those that go against conventional wisdom, or those that occur due to force majeure. In addition, if I cause damage to a third party, I agree to resolve it as my own responsibility.
5. As an applicant I acknowledge that this service is based on communication, etc., and that some problems may occur depending on the situation.
6. As an applicant I acknowledge that the Service may be canceled or rescheduled if there is a hindrance to the implementation of the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters or bad weather.
7. If damage is caused to the applicant due to intentional or gross negligence by Ory Institute Co., Ltd., Ory Institute Co., Ltd. will compensate for the damage.
8. I agree that the personal information provided through this document will be stored and used in accordance with the privacy policy established by Ory Institute Co., Ltd.
