Online Lesson Terms of Use


If we judge that it is impossible to continue the lesson due to any of the following reasons before or after the lesson starts, we will carry it over to the next lesson.
The teacher is sick.
Communication failure
Fire, power outage, or other emergencies
Sudden natural disaster


Please be assured that the personal information you provide when you register will be used only to contact you with necessary information for the online class and will not be used in any other unauthorized way.


If you become ill during an online class, you may report to the instructor immediately and leave the class. Please pay attention to your safety and take responsibility for your own health.


We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during online lessons.


Zoom has a video stop function, but for security reasons, please make sure that your face is visible when you enter the room. If we are unable to see your face, we may refuse to allow you to take the lesson. Once the lesson starts, you may or may not record yourself.


During this lesson, you may be recorded or photographed. These may be used by me or my affiliated organizations on social networking sites, websites, etc. without permission. If you do not wish to do so, please discontinue your participation in this lesson. On the other hand, you are forbidden to provide the contents, photos, videos, and audio of the lesson to any third party without the permission of the instructor and participants, or to post them on social networking sites without permission.



The following actions are prohibited.
Illegal or offensive behavior
Drinking alcohol or smoking while taking a lesson.
Repeatedly canceling a lesson without notice after it has been reserved.
Harassment of the instructor or other participants, or any action that interferes with the progress of the lesson.
Acts of impersonation or having a third party other than the lesson user take the lesson.
Teaching the URL or password of Zoom to a third party or unspecified number of people.
Acts of harassment, defamation, threats, obscenity, or indecency.
Harassment, defamation, threats, obscenity, and indecent exposure - Directly showing the lesson content to the public for commercial purposes
Discrimination, slander, or defamation based on race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, or nationality.



By participating in our online lessons, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms of use.

These terms of use may be changed or updated at any time.




レッスン開始前・開始後に関わらず以下のような理由により、レッスンの継続が不可能と判断させていただく場合は、次回分に繰り越させていただきます。
・講師の体調不良
・通信障害
・火災や停電などの非常事態
・急な自然災害


お申し込みの際にご登録頂きます、お名前やメールアドレス等の個人情報は、オンラインレッスンでの必要な情報をご連絡するために利用し、それ以外の不正な方法で個人情報を使用することはありませんのでご安心ください。


オンラインクラス中に体調が悪くなられた場合、速やかに講師に報告し退出することが可能です。安全に注意を払い、自己責任で、無理のない範囲で取り組んでください。


オンラインレッスン中の怪我や事故に関しましては、一切の責任を負いません。


Zoomにはビデオ停止機能がありますが、入室時は防犯上のため必ず顔が映る状況での入室をお願いいたします。確認できない場合は、ご受講をお断りさせて頂く場合があります。レッスンが始まりましたら、ご自身の映像は写しても映さなくてもどちらでもOKです。


私のこのレッスン中に、録画や写真撮影が入ることがあります。それらを、私や私の関連組織のSNSやウェブサイトなどで、許可なく利用させていただくことがあります。それが拒否したい場合は、当レッスンの参加を中止してください。一方、あなたが、レッスンの内容・写真・映像・音声を講師と参加者に許可なく第三者に提供したり、無断でSNS等に投稿することを禁じます。



以下の行為は禁止します。
・違法行為、公序良俗に反する行為
・レッスン受講中の飲酒や喫煙行為
・レッスン予約後に無断キャンセルを繰り返す行為
・講師や参加者への嫌がらせやレッスンの進行を妨げとなる行為
・なりすましや、レッスン利用者本人以外の第三者が受講する行為
・ZoomのURLやパスワードを第三者や不特定多数に教える行為
・ハラスメント、名誉棄損、脅迫、わいせつ、猥褻な行為
・レッスン内容を営利目的に公衆に直接見せる行為
・人種、性的指向や性別、宗教、国籍への差別・誹謗、中傷行為



当オンラインレッスンへの参加をいただいた時点をもって本利用規約の内容に同意したものとみなします。
