キャンセルポリシー
＊ご予約時間の24時間前まではキャンセル料は無料です。その時間を過ぎますと施術料金の50％のキャンセル料をご請求させていただくことがございます。
＊ご連絡なしでご予約時間を15分以上過ぎますとキャンセルになる可能性がございます。
＊遅刻された場合は施術時間が短くなることがございますので、ご了承願います。

禁忌事項
＊基礎疾患や重度の疾患がある方で、医師からの許可がない場合は施術をお受けできない場合がございます。
＊妊娠中の方で、安定期前、また状態が悪く疾患がある方で、医師の許可がない場合はお受けできない場合がございます。

《Cancellation policy》
