利用規約
（利用目的）
●茶室・和室レンタルスペース雅は、茶会・展示会等のイベント、茶道・華道・書道・着付等のお稽古、会議・講演・研修、撮影等、営利目的の方も含め、どなたでもお気軽にご利用いただけます。
●食品営業行為（茶会を除く）は禁止しております。
（利用時間等）
●利用時間には、準備や後片付けを含みます。お申し込みの時間を遵守していただき、退出時間となりましたら速やかに退出してください。
（施設利用制限）
●利用者は、第三者に施設の利用権の全部または一部の譲渡・転貸することはできません。判明した場合は、今後一切、当施設の利用を許可致しません。
●利用人数は、水屋も含めて２０名様までとし、それ以上はお断りしております。
●ご予約の確定後、利用中においても、以下の場合は利用の取り消しまたは利用停止の処置をとる場合がございます。この場合に生じる利用者のいかなる損害に対しても当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。
・管理上または風紀上好ましくないと認められた場合
・関係法令に反する場合。また、関係官公署の指示に反する場合
・集団的・常習的に暴力的不法行為、反社会的行為がある場合
・音・振動・周期の発生により、周囲に迷惑を及ぶ、又は恐れのある場合
・来場者が施設の許容範囲を超え周囲に迷惑を及ぼすと判断した場合
●専用駐車場はありません。お車でお越しの際は、近隣のパーキングをご利用ください。
（支払い方法とキャンセルについて）
●ご予約日より２週間前から当日までのキャンセルは、一律利用費の全額をキャンセル料として申し受けます。

（免責及び損害賠償）
●利用中の展示物および利用者が持ち込みになられた全ての物の盗難・破損事故及び人身事故については、その原因の如何に問わず一切の責任を負いません。
●天変地異、関係各省庁からの指導、その他当サービスの席に記さない事由により、利用が中止された際の損害について一切の責任を負いません。
●建造物・設備・什器・貸出備品等を毀損・紛失された場合、その損傷に対し全額賠償請求します。
●利用者が本規約きに反したことにより当サービスが損害を被った場合、その損傷に対し全額賠償請求します。
●当サービスの責に帰するべき事由により利用者に損害が発生した場合、当サービスは受領した利用金額を限度として、その損顔を賠償するものとします。
（安全管理）
●利用中は、利用者の責任の下に防災・防犯等の安全管理を行なってください。
●利用者は、安全のため、非常時に備え非常口・防災設備の位置や利用方法をあらかじめ熟知してください。
●施設の保全管理が必要であると判断した場合、立ち入ることがあります。また、防災上必要と判断した場合は、利用中であっても、機材等の移動をお願いいたします。
●危険物（火災発生の危険性が大きいもの・火災拡大の危険性が大きいもの・消化の困難性が大きいもの）の持ち込みは一切できません。
●酒類の持ち込み及び飲酒は一切できません。
●喫煙は一切できません。また、炭の使用も一切できません。
（荷物の搬入及び預かりについて）
●荷物の運搬・搬入搬出、保管中の盗難・破損及び汚損につきましては、一切関知しません。
●貴重品・精密機器・生鮮食料品・生き物などについては、搬入及び利用中のお預かりはできません。
（利用後の原状回復）
●施設内の建造物・設備・貸出備品を毀損・紛失・汚損させ、原状回復に実費や工数がかかる場合は、実費にて請求いたします。
●利用終了にあたり、発生したゴミ類は全てお持ち帰りいただき、利用前の状態まで原状回復してください。
（遺失物の取り扱い）
●施設内での遺失物に関し、当サービスは一切関知しません。
（規約の変更）
●規約の内容は、予告なく変更することがあります。その際は利用者等にお知らせする努力を行います。

(purpose of use)

●Food sales activities (except for tea parties) are prohibited.
(Usage time, etc.)
●Usage time includes preparation and cleanup. Please comply with the application time and leave promptly when it is time to leave.
(Facility usage restrictions)
●The user cannot transfer or sublease all or part of the right to use the facility to a third party. If we find out, we will not allow you to use our facility in the future.
●The number of users is limited to 20 people including Mizuya, and more than that is not allowed.
●Even after the reservation is confirmed, the use may be canceled or suspended in the following cases. This service does not take any responsibility for any damage caused to the user in this case.
・If it is deemed unfavorable in terms of management or public morals
・When it violates relevant laws and regulations. In addition, when it is against the instructions of the relevant government and public offices
・In case of collective/habitual violent, illegal or anti-social behavior
・When there is a danger or inconvenience to the surroundings due to the generation of sound, vibration, or cycle
・When it is determined that the visitor exceeds the allowable range of the facility and causes a nuisance to the surroundings
●There is no dedicated parking lot. If you come by car, please use the nearby parking lot.
(About payment method and cancellation)
● If you cancel from 2 weeks before the reservation date to the day of the reservation, the full amount of the usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

(Disclaimer and Compensation for Damages)
●Regardless of the cause, we will not be held responsible for theft, damage, or personal injury of any exhibits or items brought in by the user.
●We are not responsible for any damages that may occur if the service is suspended due to natural disasters, instructions from relevant ministries and agencies, or other reasons not listed in this service.
●If the building, equipment, fixtures, rental equipment, etc. are damaged or lost, we will claim full compensation for the damage.
● If the service suffers damage due to the user violating this agreement, we will claim full compensation for the damage.
●If the user suffers damage due to reasons attributable to this service, this service shall compensate for the loss up to the amount of money received.
(Safety management)
●During use, please manage safety such as disaster prevention and crime prevention under the responsibility of the user.
●For safety, users should familiarize themselves with the location and usage of emergency exits and disaster prevention equipment in case of an emergency.
●If it is determined that maintenance management of the facility is necessary, we may enter the facility. In addition, if it is deemed necessary for disaster prevention, please move equipment, etc. even if it is in use.
●Dangerous items (things that have a high risk of fire, items that have a high risk of spreading fire, items that are difficult to extinguish) cannot be brought into the venue.
●No alcohol can be brought in or consumed.
●Smoking is prohibited. Also, no charcoal can be used.
(Regarding luggage delivery and storage)
●We are not responsible for any theft, damage, or defacement during transportation, loading, unloading, or storage of luggage.
●Valuables, precision equipment, perishables, living things, etc. cannot be brought in or kept while in use.
(Restoration to original state after use)
●If the building, equipment, or rental equipment in the facility is damaged, lost, or soiled, and the actual cost or man-hours are required to restore it to its original state, the actual cost will be billed.
●When you have finished using the facility, please take all the garbage you have generated home with you and restore it to its original state before use.
(Handling of lost property)
●We are not responsible for any items lost in the facility.
(Change of Terms)
●The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In that case, we will make every effort to notify users.
